The PDP reaffirms its commitment to providing leadership and moving the country forward.
Former Sokoto Governor Aminu Tambuwal expressed disappointment and concern over the recent defection of members from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to all Progressive Congress (APC).
Tambuwal spoke to reporters shortly after the PDP Northwest Regional Meeting held at 17 Kaduna, ascribed the defection to “gastric infrastructure” rather than the people’s interests.
“People leave the party for some reason or for different reasons, but what I have been observing in the past is that defection is not based on people’s interests, but on gastric infrastructure,” Tambwal said.
