A wave of sadness spread on social media after an unexpected pass from a young Nigerian man @basketballprofe, a popular basketball gambler who has gained a follower for his gambling insights.
The young man has previously mentioned his health issues and noted that he will take a break from online activities.
He said that in the text message, “Sick. Not here now.”
Shortly after, he posted a photo of the hospital bed, showing him his hands with tape instead of plaster, a detail that sparked online discussion.
He wrote it under the photo “For the first time ever. Very good.”
Sadly, just a few hours later, a close friend confirmed his death. Although the exact cause of his illness and death was not revealed, many showed shock and sadness to their followers, friends and fans drowned.
