Justice Serifat Sonaike of the Lagos High Court, sitting in Tafawa Balewa Square, has been convicted and sentenced to Andrew Aminikoron, a 22-year-old fashion designer Bamise Ayanwola’s R@pe and m$rder’s bus rapid transport (BRT) driver.
In a judgment made today on May 2, the Chairman Judge ruled that the Lagos State Government successfully proved that the defendant committed the crime.
The judge insisted: “For the sake of death, the death of Ayanwola, you will be hanged in your neck until you die. May God have mercy on you.”
Andrew was arraigned for alleged rape, conspired with others and was murdered on February 26, 2022 on the Lekkki-Ajah protection highway.
