On Monday, May 5, Ado Ekiti Division, a 26-year-old man, David Isaiah, sentenced D3ATH to D3ATH and hanged for kidnapping and commercial S3X workers’ M8rder.
Lib reports that Isaiah and his friend, savior Daniel, selected the dead from the brothel on February 6, 2025. They’re in K! Use herbicide ling line and ped her repeatedly.
Isaiah was charged with conspiracy, kidnapping and murder along with Daniel, who was charged during court trial.
He was tried and convicted on three counts of conspiracy, kidnapping and M8rder bordering.
When he was denounced as D3ATH of M8rder, the court sentenced life imprisonment for kidnapping and was sentenced to 21 years in prison for conspiracy.
The charge reads: “The defendant and savior Daniel conducted a case in Ado ekiti on February 6, 2024 and did conspire to kidnap and murder a comfortable James of a commercial S3X worker.”
Prosecutor Ibironke Odetola told the court that the defendant, who was tried on April 18, 2024, violated Articles 280, 279 (A) and 234 of the 2021 Ekiti National Criminal Law. ”
Ado Ekiti, director of Afrika brothel, said in a testimony in court: “Other commercial S3X workers in brothel call me me, and they have never seen the victims (S3X workers) since the day before.
“The missing S3X worker is said to have called her colleague to notify her that she was kidnapped and the kidnappers demanded a ransom of N100,000.
“I reported this at the police department and the Civil Defense Office. Their telephone line was tracked and later arrested. They took civil defense officials to their location and abandoned the D3AD agency of the S3X workers.”
Prosecutor Odetola called six witnesses and tendered defendants to state, photos of the deceased, warrants for burying the body, a pair of slippers, SIM cards and herbicides as an exhibition.
Speaking in his defense, the defendant told the court: “After having sex with the deceased, we used her phone to her colleagues to say she had been kidnapped and demanded a ransom of N100,000.
“Her hands and neck were tied together all the time, but when the ransom did not come and realized she saw our face clearly, and to avoid being implicated we poured the herbicide into her mouth and later she d!ed!
Justice Olalekan Olatawura said in his judgment that the prosecution proved that the defendant had been kidnapped by his deceased friend (Savior Daniel) and M8rder Comfort James without a doubt.
The judge said: “Therefore, in the above aspects, the defendant was convicted.
“The defendant was therefore sentenced to 21 years for conspiracy, kidnapping and life sentences of M8rder, and the court’s judgment on you is that you are hung around your neck until you are D8AD, may God have mercy on your soul.”
