    A tourist leaned over the famous track to take pictures from the train, and after smashing into a rock and falling off the train, he was already D!

    According to the Sri Lankan news website Daily Mirror, Russian tourists, Olga Perminova, 53, are on the famous Podi Men’s train, covering Colombo Castle and Badara, Sri Lankan. A scenic route between (Badulla) is 300 kilometers long.

    Local police said Ms. Pernova knocked down a rock and fell down the train and suffered serious injuries.

    When the incident occurred, the train headed to Fort Colombo, between Badulla and Hali Ela train stations.

    Before the tragedy, Ms. Pernova’s photos showed her wearing a pink dress and hanging from her train foot sign.

    After the fall, she received emergency treatment, but reportedly her head injury was treated in the hospital.

    She has been traveling with Russian tourist groups and is arranging to repatriate her body to Russia.

    Ms. Pernova was reportedly the grandmother originally from Saratov in southwestern Russia and worked in a security company in Moscow.

    Her de@th comes after two women on train tracks at Anuradhapura New Town train station in northern Sri Lanka in December 2024.

    The two women were part of a group that was participating in the Taekwondo Championships at the time. One was an 18-year-old student and the other was a 37-year-old mother of another student participant, according to the Daily Mirror.
