A 43-year-old man, Danjuma Abraham, fell and drowned in the bathroom of his New Kutunku residence in the Gwagwalada Regional Council (FCT) in the federal capital region!
Ishaku Moses, a relative of the deceased, spoke with the Daily Trust, who said the incident occurred at around 7:35 a.m. on Sunday, February 16, 2025, when the deceased was taking a bath. .
He said the dead were hale and rich dead, and went to take a bath and prepare for the church service that day.
He said his wife rushed into the bathroom and saw him lying on the floor, adding that she immediately issued an alarm, which attracted the attention of some neighbors who came to the hospital and doctors confirmed he was dead.
According to him, the doctor said the deceased may have slipped in the bathroom due to a head injury, which he said led to him.
Abraham said the body of the deceased had been transported to Kaduna State for burial, even though he said the incident was not reported to security personnel.
