The Observer movement has promised to guarantee the rise of leaders like former Anambra Governor Peter Obi before the 2027 election.
Recall that Peter Obi is the presidential flag bearer of the Labor Party (LP) 2023 general election.
Before the next election, the contradictory movement promises to ensure a capable leader emerges with Obi.
Tanko Yunusa, the national coordinator of the campaign, made the statement in a statement issued on Tuesday (today).
Yunusa said that with the new discovery vigor, the paradoxical movement will continue to strengthen its institutions, expand its scope and ensure that every supporter can fulfill its role.
He said optimistically that if the efforts required are to be taken, a new Nigeria could be achieved.
The statement reads, “On Wednesday, February 12, 2025, the Observation Movement took an important step, successfully hosting its first Advisory and Bureau Committee meeting.
“This milestone gathered key stakeholders who reaffirmed their commitment to solidarity and strategic action in the collective mission of building New Nigeria.
“The movement is about developing and ensuring that competent (value-based) leaders such as Peter Obi are the advancement of the 2027 election in our political space.
“This conference is a meaningful platform for dialogue, with members staying consistent on the way forward. Discussions strengthen the importance of organization, coordination and active participation to advance the mission and vision of the movement.
“Participants left with a new sense of purpose and were fully aware of the responsibility and urgency of the future.
“We thank all those who have accepted appointments to serve on various bureaus and advisory committees for playing a key role in shaping the future of the movement.
“We also pay tribute to millions of views across Nigeria and beyond who continue to work tirelessly every day, mobilize, advocate and promote better Nigeria. Your dedication remains the heartbeat of this movement.
“With the re-energy, paradoxical movements will continue to strengthen its structure, expand its influence, and ensure that every supporter has the ability to play his part.
“This is a collective mission; together we will provide the leadership and governance that Nigerians deserve. We encourage all supporters to remain involved, actively participate and unwavering.
