    A 31-year-old married woman was recognized as Ajayi Esther and today filed a lawsuit at the court of Ado-Ekiti’s chief referee on February 4th. He said that although he received N607,500 from him, he was allegedly refused to marry a proposal.

    Adeniyi told court that Mrs. Esther met with the appellee Ajayi Oluwabusuyi and lying to him, saying that she was single. He explained that with an excuse that agreed to marry him, the defendant collected N607,500 from the appellant to prepare for their engagement ceremony, and she did not follow.

    Adeniyi also claims that Esther is a teacher in Irepodun/Irepodun/iFELODUN EKITI State.

    He said the defendant performed his own behavior in a way that could cause peace. According to him, the crimes of Article 186, 393, and 181 (1) (D), which violated the Criminal Law of Eki, 2021.

    Prosecutors asked the court to rest, so that he could study the case file and assemble witnesses.

    When I read allegations to her, Ms. Esther did not plead guilty. Her lawyer, Mrs. Joy Raphael, urged the court to approve her bail and guaranteed that she would not jump out of bail.
