The former Indiana teacher is accused of sexually abused multiple minor children, who wear “screaming” masks, will have to stay without the S3X.
Fortinberry was held at the Morgan County Jail in Martinsville, Indiana, with no chance of intimacy. Prison representatives confirmed that couples are prohibited from accessing, P0RN is inaccessible, and S3x materials are not allowed. Despite designing spaces for the three inmates, she lives alone in the cell.
Fortinberry’s cell contains only basics: metal bunks, sinks, towel hooks, toilets, mirrors and night lights. Her prison-issued tablets do not allow access to adult content, and reading available materials do not include any S3xual in nature.
Her daily work is monotonous. Every morning, the cell door opens to let her interact with other prisoners or stay in the cell. Public TV with cable TV programs in the future will be the most popular live basketball game. Meals were served three times a day alone in her cell, delivered through a slot on the door.
The prison menu includes breakfast cereals, fruits and pastries; pasta, hot dogs and pudding for lunch; and dinner with chicken pie, bologna sandwiches and cakes. So far, Fortinberry has avoided discipline issues and has not reported any misconduct against her.
Fortinberry faces 29 felony charges, including harassment of children, resulting in a crime of minors and spreading harmful substances to minors. If convicted, she could spend decades in jail.
“Ms. Fortinberry is not guilty of these charges. I have no further comments,” said her attorney Stephen Gray.
