Nigerian social media users have been moved by the heartfelt post shared by popular actress Eve Esin.
Earlier, GistLover reported that the Nollywood star got married on October 18, 2025 at the age of 43. In the post, Eve reflects on her faith journey and how God finally answered her long-held prayers.
She revealed that she suffered ridicule and harsh criticism during her single years in her 40s, but her story eventually took a beautiful turn.
Eve used her testimony to inspire others still waiting for breakthrough, urging them to remain steadfast and trust that God’s mercy never fails.
In the words of Eve:
“My posts are to give hope to those who have lost hope. I am not a motivational speaker but a child of God’s mercy. I am simply speaking from the facts. I was legally married at 43, albeit very privately. The photos will still appear here. At 44:00 on October 17th, according to tradition, the public wedding was on October 18th.”
“My testimony is nearly impossible for a lot of people. 43? Not married? Dude!!! Who says a thing happens when God doesn’t speak? Honey, I’ve been through it all and one day I will tell my story. I thank God for never Would make me lose faith in Him. I join in faith with anyone who feels time is passing and I say delay is not denial. May God in His infinite mercy fulfill the desires of your heart and divinely connect you to the One who completes you in Jesus’ great name, Amen. 🙏“
