The Triangle State Police Command responded to a video showing the moment the commander responded quickly to the squad’s police and a number of Air Force personnel affiliated with Airforce Base Jeddo in the Okpe Local Government Area participated in a free fight.
Command spokesman SP Bright Edafe said that soldiers from the Nigerian Air Force had no provocation and allegedly attacked police officers who were performing their legal duties.

He mentioned that under the leadership of CP Olufemi Abaniwonda, Nigerian Air Force, Navy, Army and other security agencies, the headquarters of the Delta State Police Department had a working relationship worth following, and this incident was indeed embarrassing.
