Social media personality VeryDarkMan has revealed that a viral video of him buying a Toyota Land Cruiser worth more than £200 million was staged.
In a statement shared online, VeryDarkMan explained that the entire scene was staged and was not an actual car purchase. He said the purpose of the bill was to express views on social media and spark conversations.
According to him, the video was misunderstood by many viewers, thinking that he actually purchased the luxury car. He clarified that he does not own the car and urged the public not to jump to conclusions based on viral content online.

Nigerians who don’t like VDM will always misunderstand his videos. Whenever he does a plank, his critics fall over.
In other news… South African influencer Leshaan Da Gama has once again responded to a private jet video involving Senator Adams Oshiomhole after the politician claimed the video was created using artificial intelligence.
Leshaan, the adult content creator featured in the widely shared video, commented on the situation on her Instagram Stories on Thursday, February 6. In her post, she refuted the senator’s claims that the video was fake.
“Video is not AI, but trust your senator,” she wrote.
Controversy erupted when a short video surfaced online of a man, reportedly Senator Oshiomhole, massaging the feet of a woman on a private jet. There was early speculation that the woman could be the senator’s wife, but viewers noticed a difference in appearance, sparking further scrutiny online.
Investigators eventually traced Leshaan’s social media profiles and identified her as the woman in the video.
The revelation drew criticism from some, while others dragged her into political debates that had nothing to do with her personally. The concern was so intense that Leshaan felt the need to speak out.
“The problem is your senator, you get to be mad at him, not me,” She wrote in a previous article directly addressing her critics.
