Three local doctors accused of assisting the offenders intervened in a currency ceremony in Anambra and have filed a lawsuit in the state high court.

After the court lawsuit, a conversation was conducted with journalists, one of three defendants, Remigus Okoli, said the state government brought a strategy to dismiss the defendants. He insisted that the defendants did not have enough time to prepare for their defense.
Meanwhile, efforts to talk to the state government led by FC Okeke failed.
