    • The president has been accused of focusing on land acquisitions, foreign loans and political strategy.

Human rights activist Omoyele Sowore has criticized President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, claiming the president appears unaware of worsening insecurity in Nigeria unless it involves land acquisition, foreign loans or political manipulation.

In a post shared on the

Sowo said: “Tinubu seems to have no idea what is going on in Nigeria, only that there is land to grab, loans to take and steal, and is using Nyesom Wike to create chaos in preparation for his failed 2027 ambitions. Right now, #TinubuMustGo. “

He further claimed that the President was using Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike to foment political chaos as part of what he said was a doomed plan ahead of the 2027 elections.

Sowo’s comments reflected public dissatisfaction with the current government over growing insecurity, economic hardship and corruption allegations. His renewed call for Tinubu to resign underscores an increasingly tense political climate, where talk of a 2027 election has intensified.
