A transgender prisoner who murdered a baby is suing U.S. President Donald Trump for allegedly caused by his “trans and extremist rhetoric.”
Autumn Cordellionè, born in Jonathan C. Richardson, claims in a new complaint that the president incited her fellow prisoners to beat her after receiving Hormones as a transgender woman in prison.
Cordellionè, who used her/her pronoun, said in her handwritten complaint that she was repeatedly ass @Ulted and R@Ped in Westville Correctional Institution (WCA) in Indiana.
The inmate is currently serving in prison for 55 years after strangled his stepdaughter to de@th in 2001.
Cordellionè said she wanted to transition gender in 2020.
Trans women said they started after they moved from the new Castle Correctional Institution (NCN) to the facility, where she was retained in “protective custody.”
Other prisoners and prison employees were allegedly transferred to the WCA and committed sexual assault on her prisoners and prison employees.
She said in a complaint that one of the criminals said: “Trump’s president is now, we won’t even have trouble with the thrannies you have.
“We are patriots, and even if you tell us, Trump will pardon us and may give us medals.”
She is seeking $3.5 million in damages from the president, alleging that two members said similar things in the alleged attack.
Cordellionè said in a complaint that she was warned that if she “didns” at the so-called attackers, they would know “the staff is on salary.”
When she tried to report the attack, the unit team manager told her: “I have seen your case on the news and I personally don’t think we have to pay for your surgery.
“God disagrees with trans and gay people, so what happens when you dress like a woman and have a T*** in a male facility.”
Cordellionè was convicted of strangling her to death her 11-month-old stepdaughter in September 2001.
Cordellionè was in charge of his stepdaughter when the victim’s mother was not there.
The killer initially told police that she had found the victim in the crib and she vomited in her mouth.
Cordellionè later admitted that she was picky and she tried to calm her down. It is confirmed that the little girl died of manual strangulation.
Behind the bar, Cordellionè told a correctional officer, “I know I killed the little king b*tch.” In 2002, Cordellionè was sentenced to 55 years in prison.
“President Trump vowed to defend women from extremism in gender ideology and restore biological truth to the federal government,” a White House spokesman said.
