Real Madrid reached an agreement with Trent Alexander Arnold by 2025/26.
Anfield reported that Liverpool accepted a fee to release the defense lawyer from the contract early. This move means that the England International team will join the Spanish team in time to participate in the Club World Cup.
The 25-year-old has confirmed that he will leave Liverpool this summer to sign a six-year deal with Real Madrid, which will put him at the Bernabeu until 2031.
The 26-year-old will be able to transfer to Liverpool for free when it expires on June 30. However, with FIFA approval, starting from June 1-10, there is another window this summer.
This means the team is allowed to register new players for the expanded one-month club World Cup, which will be held in the United States on Saturday, June 14, 2025.
