Police arrested two Nigerian men for reckless and dangerous stunts in Phuket, Thailand.

The men were arrested on Tuesday night, March 11, 2025 after chasing the car, after complaining on Facebook about seeing a car driving dangerously to mimic scenes from the fast and angry movie series.

At 10:30 p.m., the Muang Phuket Police Department was warned through police radio and a popular Phuket Facebook page to drive a white sedan recklessly between the Koh Kaew intersection in Tambon Koh Kaew and Dara Koh Kaew and Dara Samut Intercection in Muang District Tambon Wichit.

Viral video clips posted on the Jung Phuket (Brutal Phuket) page show the car screaming loudly as its tires glide around 9:58 pm as it glides on the road. The vehicle was later seen speed towards the Dala samut intersection.

Muang Police Department was told that a traffic officer from Thalang Police Department witnessed the incident and tried to chase the car.

However, the official couldn’t keep up as the vehicle headed toward Tambon Wichit’s Phuket Bypass Road and Central Crossroads.

Upon learning of the incident, Muang Police Commander Pol Col Chake Chukaew sent police cars to search for a search for white Mazda.

Later, the officers discovered the car parked in Soi Koh Kaew 23 in Tambon Koh Kaew.

When the driver saw the police approaching, he immediately quickly got out of the car, prompting the end of the hunt for the dead end of Soi Nana Chart 2 in the village of Moo 2, Tambon Koh Kaew.

Unable to continue driving, the two men abandoned their cars and fled to a desolate area, trying to hide.

But, police officer Chase and overwhelmed them. Both Nigerians with Red Fist resisted the arrest, causing minor injuries to themselves and the arrested persons.

According to police, both men seemed intoxicated and could not communicate in English.

Once taken to the Muang Police Station, officials identified one of the suspects as Anamere George, an arrest warrant issued by a Phuket Provincial Court in 2023 for illegal entry and possession of cocaine.

Police have not identified the second suspect yet.
