Scholarship Scope
The Amsterdam Merit Scholarship provides recipients with the following benefits:
Depending on the institute, the scholarship amount ranges from €2,000 to €25,000. Amsterdam Merit Scholarships can sometimes complement Dutch Government Scholarships, of which the University of Amsterdam is a participating member.
Eligibility Criteria for Merit Scholarships at the University of Amsterdam
To be eligible for the Amsterdam Merit Scholarship, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
- Required language: English
- Eligible countries: All international students from non-EU countries are eligible.
- Students applying for degree programs at the University of Amsterdam can submit an application for the Amsterdam Merit Scholarship.
