The University of Melbourne Scholarships 2023-2024 are fully funded scholarships for international students. These scholarships are available for master’s and doctoral studies. These scholarships cover full tuition, travel stipend, living stipend of $31,200 per year and academic fees.

Scholarship Scope
The University of Melbourne Scholarship will provide the following benefits to the recipient:
- Full fee credits are available for up to two years for students studying for a research master’s degree and for up to four years for PhD students.
- Pro-rated (2020 full-time study rates) living allowance of $31,200 per year for a maximum of two years for students studying for a research master’s degree and 3.5 years for students studying for a PhD. Living allowance may be indexed annually and includes limited paid sick, maternity and parental leave.
- A relocation grant of $2000 is available for students relocating from a state or territory outside Victoria and $3000 for students relocating from outside Australia.
- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) single membership for international students who require a student visa to study in Australia.

- Have applied for and met the entry requirements for a research Masters or PhD degree at the University of Melbourne, or are currently studying for a postgraduate research degree at the University of Melbourne.
