The University of South Australia Scholarships 2023-2024 are Masters and PhD tuition fee scholarships for international students. The International Research Tuition Scholarship (IRTS) provides tuition fees for the entire period of research study.
The International Research Tuition Scholarship (IRTS) is awarded to international candidates on the basis of academic merit and demonstrated research ability, who will receive a full living stipend supported by external funding while studying for their degree. In addition, students who are able to raise their own living allowance and provide relevant evidence may also consider applying for IRTS.

International Studies Tuition Scholarships provide recipients with the following benefits:
- The international tuition fee for the PhD degree is 3 years (with the possibility of an extension of 6 months). student.
- International tuition fees for 2 years for research master’s students.
notes: This scholarship does not cover overseas health insurance and it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that they and their family (if applicable) have overseas health insurance for the duration of their visa.

Eligible for International Studies Tuition Scholarships, Applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Students starting an International Studies degree.
- Evaluated by the University of South Australia, it is of high quality and strong research capabilities.
- Be supported by a strong oversight group (which includes end-user advisors where appropriate) and join a research-rich environment.
- Receive (or be awarded) a fully externally funded stipend scholarship, or receive an externally funded living stipend*, or
- Be able to self-fund your living expenses during your stay in Australia and provide evidence of this Upon application.
