Nigerian police forces condemned viral videos of their police getting cash from Chinese bosses.
The video produced online shows the calculations of the two Chinese citizens and handed Naira’s notes to the officials.
Nigeria Daily Report recalls a viral video that shows the moment when Chinese men and women are said to be the officer’s boss who calculates notes of one thousand naira, and each person gives them a total of five thousand naira.
In recent news, the police force condemned the bill through its public relations officer Olumuyiwa Adejobi, noting that this does not reflect the values and ideology of the police force.

“The Nigerian police force is aware of the disturbing videos produced in the media field, showing police receiving money from Chinese nationals. The unit strongly condemned the police’s actions exhibited in the video, calling them unprofessional and immoral behavior.
The actions of officers do not represent the established ethics, standards and core values of the Nigerian police force. The unit has zero tolerance for such non-professional behavior and other forms of misconduct, which undermines public trust and confidence.
“The officers captured in the video have been identified and disciplined.
“The Nigerian Police Force hereby warns individuals and organizations to serve police personnel, especially as escorts, guards or other professional services to prevent any conduct that can devalue its officers intact and declare the force.”
While many say the boss is not wrong with his workers’ appreciation, others emphasize that cash must be bribes.
