Police have reportedly kidnapped popular Nigerian influencer very Wakman.
Nigeria News Nalin Martins Vincent Otse, a popular social media influencer in Nigeria, reportedly known as the “VDM” and has been kidnapped in Abuja by Nigerian police.
The Nigerian news platform learned that VDM Wasabduct allegedly conducted unauthorized transactions from his mother’s bank account in public criticism of Nigerian banks.
VDM’s lawyer attorney Deji Adeyanju confirmed the kidnapping on Friday, revealing that the very stubborn person was arrested by Nigerian police force in the 3rd district of Abuja.
The arrest reportedly follows influencers’ outspoken criticism of social media banks.
“Just: VDM was arrested by police at GTB. Talk to them before he was arrested. It’s absolutely unacceptable. It’s not a crime to demand responsibility,” Adeyanju wrote in the first update to (formerly Twitter).
Adeyanju provided further details in a follow-up statement, noting that a group of police officers arrested VDM at the bank along with his friend C Park.
However, according to VDM’s mother Adeyanju, she was not arrested either.
“They arrested VDM at GTB. He was arrested with his friend C Park, but they were alone.” Adeyanju tweeted.
