The landmark event, scheduled to be held on March 28, 2025, will celebrate the achievements of outstanding women who demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation and influence across various industries in Africa.
The 100 Initiative Power is part of Access Bank’s ongoing efforts to recognize and support women who drive change, break down barriers and create opportunities for others. These outstanding human business, entrepreneurship, social development and advocacy have made significant contributions in line with this year’s IWD theme: Accelerate action.

Reiterating Chizoma’s comments, Nene Kunle-Ogunlusi, head of women’s banking, confirmed that the conference will include insightful panel discussions, keynote speeches, speeches from industry leaders, network opportunities and awards ceremony to highlight the capabilities of 100 recipients.
