
Rivers State Chief Executive, Ibok-Eber Ibbs Deputy Admiral (Retired) retired on Thursday, April 3, saying the 2025 Appropriations Act has been articulated to provide key development issues in health care, education, agriculture and infrastructure.

We strive to ensure that the process is transparent, inclusive and most importantly accelerated. Our goal is to make sure we do not waste more time making the necessary investments to improve the lives of citizens.
The finalized budget focuses on creating jobs and investing in key sectors such as agriculture, infrastructure and technology. We understand the urgency of this initiative and we are committed to ensuring that they are implemented without delay. ” He said
