    We did not find terrorist weapons on Nnamdi Kanu during the arrest in Lagos – DSS witness told the court

    Didn't we find terrorist weapons on Nnamdi Kanu during our arrest in Lagos? DSS witness told the court

    Witnesses of the federal government were admitted in the Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday, May 2, and he found no weapons of terrorism or violence when he was arrested in Lagos on October 15, 2015.

    Witnesses were surgical staff in the state service, DSS and code called PWAAA, also informed the court that no weapons of public harassment were found from the woman arrested with Kanu.

    Witnesses said in a cross-examination by Kanu Agabi San’s attorney, Kanu Agabi San, that all items were the personal property of Biafra Nation Agitator.

    He said the items recovered were not usually offensive, but the defendant’s intentions might be something else.

    The PWAA also told the court that he did not analyze any items because his mission was to perform the arrest and obtain a statement from Kanu.

    To answer a question, the DSS surgical staff admitted to analyzing the defendant’s cell phone, but the analysis report was not provided to the court because it was irrelevant.

    During the 10 years since the items were seized, he admitted that the property may have lost its value and was useless.

    He further explained that he did not bring anyone to Kanu and was fighting him on any terrorism issue.

    Witnesses also admitted that Kanu’s statement was obtained without a lawyer.

    Items recycled from Kanu and acknowledged as exhibits; 1 black laptop, 2 multi-mix transmitters, 1 mini white apple iPad with bag, 1 gray apple iPad with bag, 1 gray MacBook with bag, 1 gray Macbook with box, 1 Mini Drone Sound Wave Wave Wave speakers, 2 Mini White Speaker, 1 main computer mouse, 1 main computer mouse, 1 white adapter, 1 white adapter, 1 laptop and 1 carton adapter and 1 carton bag and 1 paper bag and 1 carton box

    The others are 2 3G modems, 2 GLO modems,
    1 Glo Hawaii modem, 1 MTN modem, 1 Etisalat modem, 1 Flash drive, 1 Camcorder, 1 Hand record in a black pouch, 1 MacBook Pro adaptor, 1 Mic stand, 1 Phillips headphone, 1 Radio Sharp mic with cord, 1 Pro sound mic with cord, 1 4G LTE modem, a bunch of cards, 1 Power adaptor for mixer, 1 Easy Blaze white modem, 1 Samsung phone, 1 Black Motorola phone and 1 Nokia phone.

    He also found 1 black Samsung phone, 1 black phone, 1 D-Link black modem, 1 8GB flash drive, 1 extension cable adapter, .1 pair of shoes, 1 belt, 1 pair of Ciderwood sneakers and 1 shoe.

    Other items are 1 black software watch, 2 single lines, 1 sealed Hermes perfume, 1 trinket, 1 Pokham Perfume, 1 Fredrick Peckham Wristwatch, 1 diesel watch, 1 Alexander Christy Collecty Hertwatch, 1 club watch and 10 club watches and 10 items.

    The last set are 3 Bank MasterCards, Copies of documents, 1 Copy of IPOB complete card, Documents tagged IPOB, 1 White clipper, 1 Bottle of medicine, 1 Oman perfume, 2 Mini cented oils, 1 Empty black purse, 1 Nigerian passport bearing the names Okwu Kanu Nwannekaibeya Nnamdi Ngozichukwu and1 British passport bearing the name Okwu Kanu Nwannekaibeya, 1 black wallet, 1 passport holder, 1 card holder, 1 box of Rocarden Wristwatch and 4 bundles of ropes.
