Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has once again proven his reputation as one of the most outspoken and unpredictable figures on the internet with a bold promise during the Super Eagles’ tense 2026 Africa Cup of Nations semi-final showdown with Morocco.
As the high-stakes game unfolded and tensions grew across the country, the rapper took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his frustration. In a post that quickly attracted attention, he vowed to never collaborate with any Ghanaian artist if Nigeria ultimately lost the competition.
His reaction came after widespread criticism of the officiating, led by Ghanaian referee Daniel Laryea. Many Nigerian fans accused the referee of making crucial decisions in Morocco’s favour, and Odumoduluke seemed to share the same sentiment.
The rapper said the encounter went beyond football and reflected the long-standing rivalry between Nigeria and Ghana that often spills over into sports and entertainment.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that singer Davido also reacted to Nigeria’s defeat after losing a huge bet. Before the start of the game, Davido announced online that he had bet $50,000 on the Super Eagles to qualify for the finals, but the bet ultimately failed.
Despite losing the competition, the award-winning entertainer later shared a photo of himself enjoying a plate of grilled fish, looking relaxed and unfazed by the outcome or financial setback.
