The reason for Cristiano Ronaldo’s failure to move to Bayern Munich is revealed in the latest interview with former club legend.
Former Bayern Munich legend Dietmar Hamann opened up the reasons he thought Cristiano Ronaldo was unable to complete his move to the Bundesliga giant despite initial rumors and speculation.
The former Liverpool and Bayern Munich star, in addition to praise for Cristiano Ronaldo’s outstanding cause, regrets the legacy that the Portuguese legend has never shown for the German government.
Bayern Munich is rumored to be interested in his striker, and then he transferred the record to Real Madrid in 2009. However, Harman explained that Ronaldo’s high transfer fees and substantial salary made it challenging for the German club to ensure his services. It is worth noting that Ronaldo has achieved an impressive record in Bayern’s match, scoring nine goals in just eight Champions League games.
In an interview with Instant Casino, Hamann shared: “Cristiano Ronaldo had connections with Bayern Munich when he left Manchester United and I would love to see him play in the Bundesliga.
“He won two of the best leagues in the Premier League and La Liga and won two best league games for German clubs, which is always about salary and transfer fees.
“It’s great to see him perform in the Bundesliga, but you have no complaints about his career.”
