The former Chelsea and Arsenal player have finished his free agent back to Fulham Football Club until the end of the 2024/25 football season.
The London club confirmed the Brazilian’s move as a free agent on its official website on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Willian initially joined Fulham in 2022-2024 and rejoined the free agent after leaving the Olympics in late December.
What does Willian comment on his return to Fulham?
“I’m totally happy, my family is happy. We’re so happy to be back and I think we can do things well until the end of the season, so I can’t wait to start with my teammates and do good things in the court.”
The Brazilian had 67 appearances in Fulham’s first spell, scoring 10 goals and providing seven assists. He left Greece and joined Olympiakos in September 2024, but lasted only three months.
He has 317 appearances in the Premier League and has shared two matches at London clubs including Chelsea, Arsenal and Fulham. Fulham supporters are likely to see Willian when they face Wigan in the FA Cup fourth round on Saturday, February 8, 2025.
