    Wizkid Biography, Early Life, Career and Net Worth

    It has been revealed that the official lineup of Akria’s country Portugal in 2025 is simply spectacular. The summer season is titled Afrobeats Heavyweight Burna Boy, Davido and Tems, setting the stage for high-energy celebrations.

    But the excitement surrounding the announcement was accompanied by a wave of online reactions, and many fans posted a burning question to Wizkid? The absence of “Essence” Hitmaker in the 2025 edition is known for its title performances of previous African countries events, which surprised and disappointed many.

    The festival will run from July 9 to 11 and will return to Portimão Beach in Portugal for its fifth anniversary. Organizer, Malachite Group (TMG) has promised a landmark version full of memorable experiences and surprising moments.

    Burna Boy will also be the title of the first African National Festival in 2019, and he will receive a strong reward. With international acclaim, multiple Grammy nods and hit albums, his presence brings star power and global appeal.

    Tems is one of Nigeria’s fastest rising stars and has a growing international following that will make her African Country debut, a moment that fans have long been looking forward to. Her inclusion marks an important milestone for her and the festival.

    Davido, a stranger to the African national stage, will also return. He is known for his exciting performances and impressive hits, and he remains a fan favorite and consistent crowd.

    The 2025 lineup also features international stars like Chris Brown, Mary J. Blige, Amaarae and French rap sensation, adding global appeal to the already stacked lineup.

    Wizkid’s absence continues to dominate the online conversation while fans celebrate the lineup, which makes many hope to announce it very late.

    See some comments below:

    @bigwizglobal: “Wizkid doesn’t need African countries to prove anything. Let the rest shine, the goats are shocking in silence.”

    @omodavidofc: “lmao! afro country, it’s still hot without wizkid! David always has culture on his back!”

    @temsbabyfever: “In the first tems of this stage, it’s history. None or not, this lineup is done”

    @afrobeatshead: “No today!

    @burnaboytotheworld: “Burna Don returns to finish the work. Grammy vibe loading. WizkidFit Stay House, we’re fine.”

    @naijapopqueen: “There is no lies, no wizkid, the Adero people will feel empty.
