In this video, I share all the tips and healthy habits that helped me lose 25 kg (55 lbs) by 2025. No limits, no calorie counting, no endless hours in the gym, no weight loss pills, or giving up all the delicious Nigerian vegan meals I love. Through small daily habits, I was able to improve my health in a way that even surprised me!

We sorely need this wellness journey—a way to regain more energy, sleep better, improve health, and make moving easier.

If you are going through a similar health journey, I would love to hear what worked for you?

Or if you have any questions about my journey, please let me know in the comments below.
