Reno Omokri warns people not to get married because they are lonely.
He urged them to make friends when they were lonely and to marry only when they were ready for love, offering and compromise.
He wrote: “Maybe you are just lonely, loneliness makes you think you need a spouse.
“Before scratching the marriage itch, try to make more and make friends. Many times, you really don’t need a spouse. You might just need a friend.
“Don’t get married because you’re lonely. Marriage is because you prepare for love, offer and compromise.
“When you end up meeting someone, establishing the relationship that comes with it is deeper than sex. Because a relationship that is built only on sexual intercourse is like a newspaper. Once you read it, it loses its obsession . By tomorrow, it will be replaced by the latest version.”
