Actress Destiny Etiko filed a petition against her colleague Queen Hilbert on allegations.
In a series of videos, Queeneneth Hilbert accused Destiny Etiko of stealing a colleague’s wealthy partner (ODOGWU), including a former partner of Benin who drove Mercedes-Benz.
In response, Destiny Etiko’s legal team petitioned Hilbert for the withdrawal of all social media platforms as the alleged defamatory statement.
Etiko claims the allegations are wrong and aimed at undermining her reputation.
The petition also aims to stop further issuance of defamatory statements, demanding formal withdrawal of derogatory publications and payment of 100 million guild damages.
