I did not receive a salary. I paid my salary - Nigerian lady questioned her source of income after buying her first car, Mercedes Benz

A Nigerian woman, Dinma, recently bought her first car, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, reacted when some men questioned her source of income, while suggesting a man pays for the car.

The entrepreneur who runs the hair business announced this important milestone on Sunday, March 30.

“I bought my first car,” she wrote.

A X user commented on the post: “omo, what is your real career because you and I know that you can’t buy this for salary,”

Another X user, Ogbonna, commented on the post saying that the average Nigerian woman can’t afford a car.

“Can the average Nigerian woman afford a car? These chiefs are not even Toyota, but Mercedes, and are spending money on unnecessary things. ” he wrote.

She wrote in response to one of them: “I don’t charge a salary. I pay.”
