    • Nigerian singer JJC Skillz (played by Abdulrasheed Bello) accuses Don Jazzy and D’banj of betrayal.
    • He claims the betrayal happened many years ago, despite supporting them as struggling artists in the UK.
    • The JJC provided accommodation, food and clothing to Don Jazzy and D’banj during their early careers.

Nigerian singer, Abdulrasheed Bello, popularly known as JJC Skillz, has accused his colleagues Don Jazzy and D’banj of conspiring with others to betray him years ago.

In a recent interview with Echo Room, JJC claimed the pair and others betrayed him despite him providing them with accommodation, food and clothing as struggling artists in the UK.

He said, “Don Jazzy, Dbanj, Ayo, DJ Abass; all of them were conspiring against me. Taz brought me a guy named Don Jazzy and Ayo came through Abass. I knew them because they ran a TV station.

“One day I came to them and said, ‘You guys obviously have great connections with Nigeria, and me, I’m a JJC. I just need someone to introduce me to the right person to work in Nigeria.’ They agreed to help me and connected me with Bankulli.

“Don Jazzy and D’banj were working for me at the time. So, these people who were supposed to introduce me back to Nigeria, had plans that I didn’t know about. Then I heard Ruggedman say that D’banj was saying that I had cheated on them while they were working with me in the UK and that they were leaving my team.

“I was shocked because no one knew them at the time and I was taking them to shows, housing them, feeding and clothing them. So how could I cheat when you’re not making any money?”

D’banj, Don Jazzy and others have yet to react to the JJC’s accusations.
