Nollywood actress and film producer Mercy Aigbe Adeoti expresses her love for marriage and partner.
Naija News The film star said in a recent interview with colleague Bimpe Akintunde that she never thought she would become her second wife.
She opposed negative comments from critics, questioning her marriage to Kazim Adeoti and questioning their living conditions.
The theater also revealed that her family opposed her remarriage because of her age, but she stood firmly, knowing what she wanted.
Mercy Aigbe stressed that people only discuss others when they do something famous or well-known.
She said “Actually, I love love. What you’re saying now is that a lot of people ask me, even some family members. They’ll think, I’m close to 50; what am I looking for? But I believe everyone knows what they want.
“What you want may be different from mine. I know what I see and I know what I want. I am the kind of person who loves to have a crown (husband) on my head and loves to get married.
“Maybe, if I was still at my baby’s dad’s house, I wouldn’t be called Mercy Aigbe. When you do things, people will definitely talk. If you don’t know, you won’t be a topic. When I was young, I never thought my life would come out this way.”
