    • Popular Nigerian gospel artist and pastor, Nathaniel Bassey, has shared the story of how he met his wife.
    • He credits their marriage to divine guidance and God’s perfect timing.
    • Their marriage journey was characterized by faith, patience, and trust in God’s plan.

Popular Nigerian gospel artiste and pastor, Nathaniel Bassey, has shared the remarkable story of how he met his wife and attributes their union to divine guidance and perfect timing.

Brazil describes their marriage journey as one rooted in faith, patience and complete trust in God’s plan.

He recalled that his wife began a month-long fast at her church on the theme “Two are better than one.” During that time, she felt strongly that Brazil was the one destined for her, but sought God’s clear confirmation before taking any action.

According to Bassey, her prayer for the sign was unexpectedly answered during a church service. During the reading from Isaiah 64, the officiating pastor twice mistakenly mentioned Brazil’s name. However, the repetition proved to be the divine sign she requested, confirming God’s will for her future.

That moment gave her the reassurance she needed, and soon after, their journey toward marriage began.

Looking back on this encounter, Brazil encourages Christians to trust God’s direction, especially when it comes to relationships and life decisions. He emphasized that prayer, patience and sensitivity to divine signals can bring blessings beyond human expectations.

His story has since inspired many believers, serving as a reminder that faith and divine guidance remain powerful forces in shaping destiny.
