    • Nigerian music icon, Innocent Idibia, also known as 2Baba, has called on the public to shift attention from his personal life to national issues.
    • He made the remarks during a live performance on December 12, 2025.
    • 2Baba engages fans with his popular songs while emphasizing the importance of discussing major social challenges.

Nigerian music legend Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Baba, has urged the public to shift attention away from his private life and towards major issues facing the country.

According to GistLover, the singer made the remarks during a live performance on December 12, 2025, where his hit song excited fans.

2Baba while addressing the audience stressed that speculation surrounding his marriage to Edo State MP Natasha Osawaru has been going on for too long.

He encouraged Nigerians to focus on matters of national importance instead of gossiping about his personal matters. The veteran artist added that after years of bringing joy through his music, it was time to turn his attention to the issues that truly affect the country.

He said; “Let you ignore all this nonsense. Something serious is happening in Nigeria. I’ve entertained you enough. Let’s focus on more important things.”

In other news… A Nigerian man claiming to be a former classmate of Sandra Areh, who was recently linked to popular preacher Joshua Selman, has publicly shared his positive experiences with her.
Sandra Are’s relationship with Apostle Selman has been trending on social media, sparking widespread discussion and mixed reactions, including speculation that they might get married.
The man who joined the conversation, identified as @penforme on X, said he knew Sandra in middle school and she was a pupil of his. He further noted that he was close friends with her brother Collins, which made him familiar with her family background.
Looking back on Sandra’s personality as a student, he described Sandra as a “well-behaved, helpful person” who interacted freely with others. He confirmed that his memories of her at school were mostly positive.
However, the former classmate did notice one aspect of her latest public appearance that he didn’t like: her clothing choice. “Sandra Alley. She was my junior in middle school. Her brother Collins was and still is a good friend of mine. Good girl. But, that dress. Not so good,” he said in the post.
