    • A TikTok user has gone viral after showing off a house in the shape of a Mercedes car in Delta State.
    • The unique building, often featured in Nollywood movies, has become a local attraction, sparking the admiration and curiosity of Nigerians online.

A Nigerian woman has sparked a backlash online after she shared a video showing the design of a huge house in Delta State that looks identical to a Mercedes-Benz car. The structure looks like a giant luxury car from the outside, @preshgallery shared on TikTok and quickly attracted attention for its unique design.

She revealed that the building is famous among locals and has been featured in several Nollywood movies, making it a popular tourist attraction. Although she was allowed into the house, she said she only looked inside before leaving due to time constraints and fear of seeing some “ancient paintings.”

The video has sparked debate online, with many Nigerians expressing surprise and curiosity about the famous Mercedes-shaped house.

In other news… The infamous ‘Drake Curse’ has claimed another victim, with Canadian superstar Drake reportedly losing $200,000 (approximately £296m) betting on Jake Paul to beat Anthony Joshua.

Anthony Joshua reaffirmed his dominance in the heavyweight division with a brutal sixth-round knockout of the YouTuber-turned-boxer in the early hours of Saturday, December 20, 2025, at the Kaseya Center in Miami. Joshua’s experience was markedly different, breaking down Paul’s defense and ending the fight with a devastating right hand.

    lost bet

Ahead of the game, Drake took to his Instagram Stories to show off his high-stakes bets via crypto betting platform Stake. He shared a screenshot of the bet, captioning it: “Jakeyyyyy boy, lock tf.” If the huge upset happens, Drake will win a staggering $1.64 million (over £2.4 billion). Instead, the loss adds to the rapper’s growing list of failed sports bets.

The History of the “Drake Curse”

The loss to Joshua marks another chapter in what fans call the “Drake Curse” – a superstition that any athlete or team the rapper supports is doomed to fail. This year alone, Drake has faced a major financial hit:

US Open 2025: Lost $300,000 (£451m) after backing Jannik Sinner, who was beaten in the final by Carlos Alcaraz.

NFL Season: Lose $250,000 supporting the Baltimore Ravens against the Buffalo Bills.

Tyson vs. Paul (2024): Lost $355,000 betting on Mike Tyson to beat Jake Paul.
