The activist had earlier detailed on social media how he had signed a drilling contract with a company called DESCO. He claimed that the company defrauded him of 3 million won and then stopped answering his calls.
In its latest update, VeryDarkMan revealed that the funds had been recovered and singled out high-profile individuals involved in the chargebacks.
The activist recovered the funds, apparently ending the conflict over the alleged fraud, although Hon. Jibrin did not elaborate on the refund process in his statement.
