My husband usually poisons my food-the woman who sought divorce after the marriage told the Ibanan court

On Friday, a 21 -year -old Ibanan food service provider Omotayo Kumunyi was dissolved in the MAPO -level practical court of Ibatan. She accused her husband of poisoning and domestic violence.

Kumunyi, a resident in Ibanan’s Osungbade area, said her husband Olatunde was not suitable for her and their four children.

She added that when the problem became too much, she couldn’t bear it. She moved away with the three children, and the second child stayed in her father and father.

“About five years ago, my third child talked to me. She usually saw that my father poured some black substances into my own food when I was not there.

“This information shocked me and faced his revelation.

“Later, I invited him to eat a part of the food, and he refused to taste it.

“It doesn’t seem to be enough. Olatong often turns our first child and me to anywhere he encounters us.

Kumunyi said: “I also begged the court to allow me to monitor my child, because Olatunde would not take care of them.”

However, OLATUNDE is a resident of Olatunde Street 2. The Police Post of the Ibanan Challenge has won the carpenter’s life. Essence

He told the court that if the court refused to grant him to the child’s guardianship, he was only willing to pay 5,000 N5,000 as a monthly maintenance of children.

“I want to monitor children because Cumumini is used to abuse the last two children.

Olatte said, “My second child goes to school regularly.”

Mrs. SM Akintayo, President of the Court, made a verdict, announcing the dissolution of the marriage, and judging the formal contract from the evidence proposed.

Akintayo has granted Kumunyi monitoring rights of three children in the past and instructed Olatund to pay a feed allowance of 20,000 N20,000 per month, and is also responsible for their education and other benefits.

“The first child was 18 years old. Because he was a legal adult, he had the right to choose anyone who lived with his two parents.

She said: “However, the petitioner must allow the respondent to visit the child reasonably.”
