Nigeria National Petroleum Co., Ltd. has reduced the pre -sales price of its former senior car spirit, usually called gasoline, from N1,020 to N899 per liter. In a statement issued on Saturday, the Association of Nigerian Petroleum Product Retail Store owner confirmed that the Dangot refinery reduced its price to N899 a few days after. The national public relations official of the association signed a statement signed by Joseph Obele and quoted documents issued by the NNPCL commercial department, which shows that the regional pricing plan is reduced.

The price shows that marketers will purchase products at a price of N899, which will match the price provided by the Dangote refinery a few days ago. Marketing personnel purchased from Warri, Oghara, Port Harcourt and Calabar will pay N970 N970 per liter.

The statement wrote: “Nigeria National Petroleum Company Co., Ltd. has taken an important step in response to the impact of the competition in the lower reaches.” The company recently reduced the premium Motile Spirit’s previous sales price from N1,020 to per liter N899. “The decrease in the price of NNPCL is considered a response to the impact of the competitiveness of relaxation control, which leads to an increase in competition in the downstream field.” OBELE pointed out that the decrease in the price of national oil companies is considered to be regarded as a response to the impact of the competitiveness of relaxation control, which leads to downstream downstream. Industry competition has increased. He also expressed his optimism. In view of the global crude oil prices and Nara’s recent income to the US dollar, PMS prices will fall further by the end of January 2025. Obel described this trend as a price war, and he emphasized that the reduction of the price of the Dangot refinery and NNPCL showed the benefits of competition and advocated the immediately privatized government’s refinery. It is expected that this will trigger a price war between oil marketers and eventually benefit consumers. However, the NNPCL spokesman Femi Soneye has not confirmed this development. Petroan’s national President Billy Harry responded to the development. He said that price reduction is a popular development that will bring relief to drivers and Nigerians during the holidays.
