A high court at Delta State University had ordered a Perez Kingsley to be in jail for allegedly his two children, aged one and three.
The suspect was arraigned on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 and was remanded to the Okere Correctional Center in Warri, awaiting legal advice from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
