Police Director Usman Alkali Baba was sentenced to three months in prison by the Abja Federal High Court.

After Baba was convicted of violations of the valid court’s order, the court hosted by the judge Mo Olajuwon made a judgment on Tuesday, November 29.

“Vanguard” reported that the court believed that the chief sheriff should be imprisoned and detained for three months, or until he complied with an order issued since October 21, 2011.

The court believes that “if three months later, the contempting person is still stubborn and still refuses to eliminate his contempt, he should be detained for a while until he eliminates contempt.”

After a police officer Patrick Okoli filed a lawsuit, Inspector of the Governor was detained.

Judge Orajwon pointed out that although the Police Service Commission (PSC) suggested that Okuli resume police positions, the court confirmed the decision, and the inspector of the Governor refused to obey the order.

The court also ordered the applicant to pay 10 million Nigeria Nara, because since 1993, it has been illegally, illegally, and unconstitutional. The applicant’s rights and general damage to the rights and privileges of the senior officials of the Nigerian police forces.
