Peter Obi slams President Tinubu for destroying Buhari’s stop Nigeria.
Nigeria News Nalin Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labor Party (LP) in the 2023 general election, sarcastically praised President Bola Tinubu.
According to Obi, Tinubu has performed well in fulfilling Nigerian commitments during the campaign, with one following in the footsteps of the government of former President Muhammadu Buhari, whose government has been widely described as ignorant and lacking direction.
Tinubu promised during the campaign that he would start with where his predecessor stopped, and under all the progressive Congress (APC), citizens are not easy for citizens, especially the term for eating food at the table.
Obi, a guest on Arise TV, said the president’s commitment to his people did not fail.
“he [Tinubu] Behave well because he promises people exactly what he is doing. He will start and continue where the previous government stopped. ” Obi said.
“Someone came across the dollar at 300 to 400, and now it’s 1,500 and he’s doing a great job.
“What is happening can be turned to a turn with competent and compassionate competent leaders. I make sure to speak to Nigerians at least once a month.”
Tinubu canceled fuel subsidies on the first day of the office and later floated the Naira, causing economic shocks including inflation, higher cost of living and currency devaluation.
Among other things, electricity prices have been adjusted to attract investment and improve supply, but many Nigerians are worried about paying more without a stable power supply.
