Plateau State Police Department has arrested two other suspects D3ATH Police in the southern part of the state Joss local government area.
In a foiled attempt at a kidnapping in the Little Rayfield Community on February 25, 2025, alleged kidnapping Fatoyo Femi and inspector Dafur Dashit were suspected of being SH0T D3AD in the gunfight.
The latest arrests of the two suspects brought the total number of arrested persons related to Klling to six.
State Police Department spokesman DSP Alabo Alfred confirmed the latest arrest in a statement Monday.
“In addition to the four arrests related to the incident, both suspects were arrested in our net. The suspects, namely Abubakar Mohammed and Ahmed Musa, were arrested by the AK-47 rifle, which was committed from the officers who were killed,” he said.
“We have also recovered another 75 rounds of live ammunition. The Plateau State Police Command has intensified efforts to arrest other group members and restore more weapons and ammunition. We are doing everything we can to get rid of criminals and maximize peace and security in the state.”
