The video was originally shared by the Seattle office of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and said: “The flight was cancelled. A group of undocumented foreigners were flying from Seattle as part of the process to eventually return to their home country.”
The original ICE video started with a shot, and the lens was wearing a jacket marked “ERO” (law enforcement and removal operations). However, the White House version begins with a different clip—a police officer adjusts the collar of a locked immigrant.
President Donald Trump has slapped undocumented immigrants to suppress the focus of his second term. Since taking office on January 20, federal agencies have stepped up arrests and deportations, carrying out large-scale operations across the country.
